Furniture
Desperately looking for contemporary/modern/mimalist furniture retailers online. I have already scoured Manhattan, and Manhattan has scoured my wallet.

So, right now I am working between Tema, West Elm, and of course Ikea. And, of course I dreaming about DWR ... Any suggestions?

My office received our furniture from Susan Wolfe @ 212-647-6224 at W.B. Wood. The company is sort of a middle person and have a variety of catalogues and such. You choose what you want and they will give you a quote. The only negative thing about them was that they are kind of slow... which we told was normal for the industry (yeah not quite as nice as picking up at Ikea).

I just stumbled onto your site (I was checking out College Humor)... I'm digging it! Best of luck in NY, it truly is the city that NEVER sleeps.

Meg,
Coincidentally, we bought our dining table and a set of 6 high-backed chairs from Nuovo over in SoGo.

Hey, this is Drew from Design Public (formerly Edge Modern). I see someone recommended our site above. Check out our new one (www.designpublic.com).

I'll trade you furniture for t-shirts. I love your stuff.

You may also want to consider STLLoftStyle.com because they have a good selection ofmodern furniture. I would check out Space Manufacturers and Project Import Export on their site. Not a bad way to go.

Hi, I'm Zach. I grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana and graduated from Wake Forest. After college, I moved to Manhattan to get serious about a company I ran with friends. We sold it to Barry Diller's InterActiveCorp in 2006. I just wrapped up with a project I co-founded called Vimeo and left CV to focus on being a twenty-five year old.

I have another blog called Copy and Taste, where I post about learning to cook.

I live in Brooklyn now.
