Maximum Starbucks density
Justin Blanton notes that he's got 43 Starbucks within a 5-mile radius of his apartment and now he's looking for the highest concentration.

I've got 155 within 5 miles of my building, while my parents in Fort Wayne luckily only have 1 in their radius. What about you?

It says I've got 55, but that has to be a mistake. I estimated when I first moved in that there were at least 70, more likely 100. Maybe I'm wrong.

Marg, the leader is actually here in NYC. There is a spot on Broadway with 170 within its radius.

How refreshing that in my neighborhood in Brooklyn the density is only 7. Of course, enlarge the radius to 10 miles, and it jumps up to 137.

I have a measly 2 Starbucks within a 5 mile radius. I am with Fabian on this one, never been to either of them, and have only ever been to a starbucks once.

I come in at a big fat ONE, same one as Mr. and Mrs. Klein. And I'm not chagrined to report that I'm there numerously each week. The minute the independents brew equivalently robust coffee, I'll patronize them.

Hi, I'm Zach. I grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana and graduated from Wake Forest. After college, I moved to Manhattan to get serious about a company I ran with friends. We sold it to Barry Diller's InterActiveCorp in 2006. I just wrapped up with a project I co-founded called Vimeo and left CV to focus on being a twenty-five year old.

I have another blog called Copy and Taste, where I post about learning to cook.

I live in Brooklyn now.
