It will be interesting to see what you think of it. The wikipedia page reads like it was writen by the company's PR department and that makes me mighty skeptical

the alexander technique is fantastic. is this a lesson, as in he will learn how to do it to others--or have a session done with him?

i agree that the alexander technique is fantastic. it can really change the way you understand yourself. its particularly useful for performers. i've used it in my studies as a actor and singer and have seen tremendous improvement.

The Alexander Technique always seemed like a mixture of Freudian psychoanalysis, chiropracty, and phrenology. You might as well just beleive in Taco Bell commercials.

Hi, I'm Zach. I grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana and graduated from Wake Forest. After college, I moved to Manhattan to get serious about a company I ran with friends. We sold it to Barry Diller's InterActiveCorp in 2006. I just wrapped up with a project I co-founded called Vimeo and left CV to focus on being a twenty-five year old.

I have another blog called Copy and Taste, where I post about learning to cook.

I live in Brooklyn now.
