Indiana Superbowl
LA Times:
In the immediate aftermath of victory Sunday, Indy coach Tony Dungy joked that the Colts and Bears shouldn't have to go all the way to Miami to decide a champion but instead should meet in Fort Wayne, Ind., which is between Indianapolis and Chicago.
I couldn't agree more.

PS. WHO ELSE IS EXCITED THAT THE COLTS ARE GOING TO THE SUPERBOWL?!! ILLINOIS AND INDIANA DUKE IT OUT FOR MIDWESTERN/GLOBAL DOMINATION!!!! EAT IT, OHIO!!

I ran my hands through my hair so many times during the second half I'm surprised I still have any!

The next day I was hoarse from yelling so much during the last minutes of the game.

The game had over 46 million viewers, a 46 share according to the Boston Herald. That's the largest audience for a non-Super Bowl broadcast since the Friends finale, which had 52 million viewers.

I don't even LIKE sports and watched that game on the edge of my seat. For years (i'm flashing back to 7th grade here), people have said "this is the year"... I'm sure it was a fun night to be in Indiana.

This series has made me aware of the difference between professional and college football.

I never really liked pro ball until I watched the Bears/Seahawks game. What amazed me most was how, well, professional they were.

For example, in college ball, when the ball is run, the ball carrier would run until he got hit, then fall down.

But in the NFL it's different. You can see that the ball carrier squeezes every last bit of might in his body in to that run.

The whole game is elevated. Go Bears!

Hi, I'm Zach. I grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana and graduated from Wake Forest. After college, I moved to Manhattan to get serious about a company I ran with friends. We sold it to Barry Diller's InterActiveCorp in 2006. I just wrapped up with a project I co-founded called Vimeo and left CV to focus on being a twenty-five year old.

I have another blog called Copy and Taste, where I post about learning to cook.

I live in Brooklyn now.
