Vimeo is hiring.
I'm expanding the product design team at Vimeo.

I'm considering people with mid to infinite skill levels, but ultimately I'm most in need of people who know the difference between style and design, work well without guidance and have forward-thinking ideas of their own.

You will be responsible for conceiving and designing new functionality, and will work side by side with teams of developers to execute.

It's preferable that you know XHTML/CSS/Flash, and that you're able to work in our New York office.

Please email me your URLs.

We're also hiring programmers with PHP, MySQL and MVC experience and who don't like being micromanaged. Any age is fine.

Hi, I'm Zach. I grew up in Fort Wayne, Indiana and graduated from Wake Forest. After college, I moved to Manhattan to get serious about a company I ran with friends. We sold it to Barry Diller's InterActiveCorp in 2006. I just wrapped up with a project I co-founded called Vimeo and left CV to focus on being a twenty-five year old.

I have another blog called Copy and Taste, where I post about learning to cook.

I live in Brooklyn now.
