Threadless announced the opening day of their first retail store, in Chicago on September 14th! I'll be there.

What do you think about the direction of online stores opening brick and mortar shops? On first thought it seems like your going going backwards in the evolution of traditional retail. But then again it could be setting the standard for the new retail business model. Neighborhoodies started online and then opened a few shops in New York. I don't think those location(s) are doing so well though.
